Ryan Jenkins

Ryan Jenkins is professional dancer, director and choreographer renowned in the industry. In 2016 Ryan Jenkins was nominated for a Carl Allen award as ‘Choreographer of the Year’. He talent scouts for the biggest TV show – Britain’s Got Talent, has choreographed live concert tours around the UK to audiences over 10,000 people, as well as countless theatre productions and cruise ship shows, and has had huge success with his contemporary exam board iD-Dance.

Professional Dancer

Professional dancer Ryan Jenkins is one of the most successful dancers in the UK. He was a finalist on Season 2 of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ and ‘Got to Dance’ for Sky TV. It all started at aged 19 for Ryan, where he was offered a role in the most successful show of all time, Matthew Bourne’s “Swan Lake”. At 20, Ryan was working with Joel Schumacher as a featured dancer on the blockbuster movie ‘The Phantom of the Opera’. By 21, he was in the original London cast of the musical ‘Wicked’, performing alongside Idina Menzel. Things did not stop here, he then worked with Michael Flatley on ‘Celtic Tiger’, and other West End musicals including, ‘Grease’ for Arlene Phillips, ‘Cabaret’ for Bill Kenwright and ‘Kismet’ for English National Opera, directed by Gary Griffin, staring Michael Ball, Faith Prince and Alfie Bowie.

Ryan Jenkins is the original ‘Flash Mobber’, having performed in the very first flashmob for T-mobile at London Liverpool Street. Not one to stay in London, he has danced all over the world even in Bollywood for the hit movie ‘Namastey London’, staring Katrina Kaif and Asskay Kumar.

Director and Choreographer

Ryan Jenkins was the Creative Director of the UK’s biggest glamour group, The Dream Idols, who were invited to work with Channing Tatum on the UK launch of Magic Mike. He choreographed the movie, ‘Denise’ for release 2016, and was appointed choreographer for the multi-million pound launch of the new Team Red Bull Formula 1 Racing car. Ryan Jenkins has also choreographed the acclaimed educational dance ‘Syria’, performed at the world renowned Sadlers Wells Theatre, which was selected to represent Great Britain by Jelli Studios at the Dance World Cup in Jersey 2016, winning Bronze.

Ryan Jenkins’ success doesn’t stop there, as he has choreographed for the Beirut, Vietnamese and British Governments and did work for Tourism for Ireland, which showcased his work for the Royal Family at St James Palace. With a love of fashion, Ryan could not resist being involved in the fashion industry, directing for London Fashion Week, working with Fashion TV.
