Layla Manoochehri is an A&R Consultant, who’s worked at Sony and Syco for 5 years. Syco Entertainment is a joint venture between Simon Cowell and Sony Music Entertainment which is responsible for producing some of the world’s most successful music, film and television.
Layla Manoochehri is responsible for finding and developing new artists, writers and producers for Sony Music and Syco Entertainment. Since working for Syco Music, Layla Manoochehri has worked on successful shows such as The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent to name a few!
Layla Manoochehri is also responsible for finding and developing the majority of acts on the Syco Music record label, as well as the acts during The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent.
